Once you have made your stairlift choice, one of our team members will set an installation date with you on a date that suits you best.

On the day of installing your stairlift, our engineers will allow a day to install however, it can be done within a few hours for a straight stairlift. If we are installing a curved stairlift, this may take longer as the stairlift will need to be manufactured to suit your stairs and then installation may take a couple of days to get set up.

The stairlift is attached to the railing on the stairs and not the wall. This means there will be minimal alterations and very little disruption to your home on the day of your installation. There may be some light drilling during the installation process but it will be over quite quickly and your home will be back to the way you had it before we arrived. Once the installation is complete, our friendly engineer team will go through the basics on how to work the stair lift, putting you at ease.
